Test - bia Recruiter Analyst
Responsible for end to end talent recruitment for bia operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Experience with social media recruiting and other innovative sourcing techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification such as PHR, {UK_NATIONAL_INSURANCE_NUMBER}, or equivalent
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience in a bia (Business Intelligence and Analytics) environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
