Test Engineer

Summary

Develops automated test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal chips using ATE platforms like Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX, debugging silicon and improving production yields.

We are looking for a Test Engineer to develop and support test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test programs using Advantest 93K / SmarTest or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
  • Support first silicon debug, device characterisation, test program bring-up, and production release.
  • Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and MBIST.
  • Perform device characterisation across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT).
  • Support characterisation of Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC, and PLL.
  • Support test program handover, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
  • Experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX or Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on work in a lab environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
