Test Engineer - ATE (20030640)

■Job Summary
The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented Test Engineering Team developing innovative and cost-effective software and hardware ATE production and qualification solutions used in high volume Power Management ICs.

■Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust and cost-efficient ATE test programs.
• Work with both internal and external group during the entire life cycle of the product development and production to ensure first time right quality, accelerate time to market, successful product launches, and rapid time to volume solutions.
• Identify and carry out continuous improvement on ATE solutions to reduce cost, improve yield or resolve quality issues in mass production.
• Close collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization at multiple time zones during product development, launch, and production.
