Test Engineer – Automated Test Systems (ATS) (測試工程師 – 自動化測試系統)

We are looking for a Test Engineer with strong experience in power electronics testing and hands-on capability with automated test platforms. You will be responsible for building automated test environments for both product development and mass production, ensuring high reliability and consistent performance of the product for AI data center applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test scripts and test sequences on the automated test equipment (ATE) for PSU verification.
• Define and execute test cases for the overall development-stage during engineering validation (EVT, DVT, or PVT) and for manufacturing partners (ODM/OEM/CM).
• Analyze test data, generate reports, and drive root-cause findings for failures.
• Work with electrical, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to resolve test-related issues.
• Optimize test coverage, test cycle time, and reliability of automated test environments.
• Provide training and documentation for test procedures and ATE operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in power electronics testing, automated test equipment, or PSU validation.
• Hands-on experience with Chroma ATS8000 / similar automated test systems (ATS) and test equipment such as programmable loads/sources.
• Knowledge of AC/DC and DC/DC converter operation, protection mechanisms, and test methodologies.
• Experience supporting NPI, production testing, and working with EMS/ODM suppliers.
• Ability to write or modify test scripts (Python, VBScript, C#, or Chroma test sequencer languages).
