Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform test project：Be responsible for test operation and effective；be responsible for tester calibration；analyze failure model and generate comments；Summarize test result and test report。
- Communication on test, method, and problems with global labs team.
- Management test equipment make sure testers effectively run.
- Updated daily test records and test equipment status
- Can repair and maintain test equipment also need to improve the equipment deficiency.
- PR application for tooling.
- New equipment acceptance and tracking.
- Timely feedback current test status to team
- To be able to complete MER test equipment assembling and transformation.
- 5S, CI and standardization work of the lab.

- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
- Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years of experience
