Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Test equipment(configure) preparing according to the test plan

  • Test fixture design and acceptance (ESD/Strain/Coverage/GR&R Reports)

  • Troubleshooting and debugging during production

  • Test data collect and analyze, collaborating closely with RD to resolve technical issues and NDF issues

  • DFT, CPK, PFMEA,,, related reports prepare and submit to customer

  • New project overseas transfer support

  • New project quotation and test equipment evaluation.

  • Training technicians

  • Oversea travel per request

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field

  • More than 3 years of experience as a test engineer, familiar with high-power PSU/BBU/Power Shelf/Rack testing process

  • Proficient in using Chroma8000 software and VBS

  • Proactive, responsible, strong teamwork awareness, good at communication and work safety concept

  • Good English skills (speaking, writing, listening) be able to negotiate in English.
