Your Job
The person employed in this position is responsible for (including but not limited):
- Be responsible for all kinds of validation tests being completed according to the test plan. The test type includes new project DV/PV; annual re-qualification, ECN validation etc.
- Provide technical supports to CFT for validation

What You Will Do
- Provide cost-effective DV/PV plan for new project RFQ.
- Make DV/PV test plan and support AQP to get alignment with customer.
- Develop validation fixtures and jigs
- Conduct validation test according to test plan and make test report.
- Support AQP communication with customer for validation
- EE validation capability is preferred
- Make WI and train validation technician.
- Complete lab supervisor assigned tasks
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree above in engineering related field
? - At least 3 years EMC test experience for Automotive electronic products (PCBA ), and willing to learn other validation capability except EMC
? - Read and Write is must, and willing to improve oral English after join
? - Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and high sense of accountability
? - Familiar with different OEM customers’ test SPEC, the more the better.
? - Familiar with general test equipments’ operation. The equipments include but not limited to T&H chamber, thermal shock chamber, vibration tester etc.
