Test Engineer – Loads & Complete Vehicle Durability
Responsible for supporting test development and execution for vehicle durability, including instrumentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement of validation processes.
- Development of test plans and technical reports;
- Definition of instrumentation points and signal analysis (strain gauges, acceleration);
- Failure analysis and improvement proposals;
- Collaboration with global multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering, or related fields;
- Strong knowledge of strength of materials, machine elements, metallic material fatigue, and mechanical vibrations;
- Proactive and hands-on profile, demonstrating high autonomy, technical rigor, and the ability to act assertively in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems, as well as driving continuous improvement of validation processes;
- Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis and task automation (Python, Matlab, VBScripts, etc.);
- English - Fluent (Technical)
Differentials
- Experience with cab and chassis components;
- Post-graduate degree or Master’s in durability or engineering;
- Knowledge on CAE simulation software for structural or multi body (ANSYS, Abaqus, ADAMS, Pacote Hyperworks);
- Knowledge in project management and technical documentation;
- Driver’s license: Category D or E.
