Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, optimize, and fine-tune ICT programs across various In-Circuit Test platforms.
• Prepare and optimize test coverage to ensure product quality and reliable test performance.
• Deploy and support ICT programs at overseas sites.
• Perform on-site debugging and troubleshooting at customers’ premises as required.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, improving debugging efficiency and overall problem-solving effectiveness.
• Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to enhance work processes, streamline troubleshooting, and improve issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Collaborate closely with sales personnel, customers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication, efficient fixture-related coordination, and high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably more than three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role. However, candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Knowledge of In-Circuit Test (ICT) technology and testing methodologies would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with applying AI tools to improve work processes, particularly in debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales personnel, and other internal departments.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
