Test Engineer - Playwright & Manual Tester (Full Onsite)
Develops and maintains automated test cases using Playwright, prepares the Requirement Traceability Matrix, executes functional and automated tests, tracks defects, and provides test status and reports. The role is responsible for building reliable and maintainable automation scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong understanding of STLC processes, software testing methodologies, and test automation practices.
Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project documents to identify automation and testing requirements.
Create test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts using Playwright in collaboration with the QA Team and Business Analysts.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Playwright automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.
Automate functionality, SIT, and regression test cases using Playwright.
Execute automated and manual test cases and participate in UAT activities.
Create and maintain reliable test scripts with proper assertions, test data, locators, and synchronization techniques.
