Test Engineer (R&D151)

Datalogic is seeking an R&D Test Engineer in Emilia-Romagna to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance of products.

You will work closely with Developers, PM/PMO, DevOps and QA teams, applying software engineering best practices and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster release readiness.

Analyze requirements to define test strategies ensuring quality, reliability, usability, and performance. Design, develop and maintain automated test infrastructure to improve productivity and coverage. Apply software engineering best practices including version control and design patterns. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and testing. Collaborate in design reviews to ensure testability and coding standards. Create and maintain documentation for test cases, plans, and results. Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Languages: Italian, English fluent Experience: 1–3 years in software automation testing or SDLC. Welfare and benefits package
