Job Description: Amazon Connect Test Engineer
3–5 years of software testing experience, including 1+ year in contact centre or Amazon Connect testing.
Experience in IVR, chatbot, and bot testing.
Knowledge of load and performance testing tools.
Hands-on API testing using Postman.
Experience evaluating AI/LLM outputs for accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
