HDQ/Hybrid - Three days on site is expected .
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, CMS, and cloud-based platforms while partnering closely with engineering, product, and design system teams.
The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, and CI/CD practices, with a strong foundation in accessibility testing and modern engineering tools. You will play a key role in building scalable automation frameworks, improving testing processes, and integrating AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate test creation, optimize regression testing, enhance defect analysis, and improve overall quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
Execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases
Leverage AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality insights
Drive continuous improvement of testing practices, tools, and processes
What You'll Bring
5-10 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation
Strong experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) and assistive technologies
Experience testing web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications
Experience incorporating AI into testing processes, including test generation, defect analysis, regression optimization, or automated reporting
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
