Test Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer to own the quality
of our products. You will design and automate tests, coordinate testing
schedules, and produce clear documentation for both internal teams and clients.

1. Test Design & Execution:

• Develop, design, and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to

validate product functionality and performance.

• Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage of

software features and identifying potential issues.

2. Test Automation & Tooling:

• Build and maintain automated test suites in Python (UI, API, and load tests).
• Automate testing of our Unity-based 3D AI companion on PC and mobile

(e.g. AltTester, Appium), and of our web portal and admin console
(e.g. Selenium, Playwright).

• Load / performance testing (e.g. Locust, k6, JMeter).

3. Debugging & Problem Resolution:

• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes,

ensuring that products meet quality standards before release.

4. Quality Control & Assurance:

• Conduct rigorous quality control processes to ensure products meet company

standards and customer expectations.

• Perform regression testing to confirm that recent changes do not negatively

impact existing functionality.

5. Report Writing & Documentation:

• Generate detailed and accurate test reports, summarizing findings, risks, and

recommendations.

• Create comprehensive specification documents for internal teams and clear,

client-facing documentation as required.

6. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate testing schedules and resources, ensuring alignment with project

deadlines and goals.

7. Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
