Test Hardware Engineer

About the role

Atlas Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is seeking a Test Hardware Engineer to join our IT&Software team. This is a full-time position based in Ayutthaya (Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive testing protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RF/analog circuits for communication systems, including power amplifiers, synthesizers, filters, and transceivers.

• Design RF model and simulate sub-circuits and full system cascade analyses using industry-standard tools.

• Perform hands-on testing of prototypes in the lab using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers

• Work with mechanical, firmware, and digital hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of RF modules into the overall system architecture.

• Ensure designs comply with regulatory and industry standards.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunications

• Experience designing power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), filters, mixers, and antennas.

• Strong grasp of transmission lines, S-parameters, impedance matching, and noise figures

• Hands-on competence using vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.

• Strong command of written and spoken English for effective communication with both local and international teams.

• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Strong logical thinking, clear communication skills, and the ability to work diligently.
