Role Overview

• The Test Lead will provide Test support to SFDC projects and activities across Business Platforms as part of Dentsu.
• Must have excellent testing skills and client facing, customer satisfactions abilities.
• Should be both a self-starter and effective collaborator, having a good background on Salesforce Application
• Must have strong Salesforce domain skills, Automation skills, client facing, customer satisfactions, and project management skills.
• Show strong interest in systems and process improvement, product knowledge with excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills.
  
  
  

Key responsibilities:

• A deep, practical understanding of SDLC processes including Requirements, Design, Development, Build, Release Management, and Quality Assurance
• Liaise with the Solution Team, Platform Leads to understand Functional Design, Platform Architecture, and design the test scenarios.
• Should be involved in the Application feasibility, designing and implementation of Automation framework to the needs of Salesforce Business platform.
• Support the testing activities during SIT, UAT and Production
• Attend the project meetings and co ordination with PM on the Test Scheduling etc
• Design functional test scenarios, execute them, log, and track defects to closure.
• Coordinate the Automaton Test workloads to successful release to SIT, E2E, UAT and Production
• Sending Daily & Weekly Test summary report to the project team
  
  
  

Professional Skills

• 8 to 12 Years of work experience on core Salesforce functional testing & Automation
• Must have hands on experience with Salesforce Application & Automation Testing with Selenium, Java/J2EE
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Waterfall Methodology
• Hands on experience on SDLC (Requirement’s analysis, Test design, Test execution & reporting, Test/Phase closure)
• Tools – TFS, JIRA, VSTS etc
• Creating the Test Plan, identifying, and mitigating risks, resolving issues, creations, and execution of test cases
• Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Selenium, Cucumber, and other similar tools.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills
