Exciting Role for you
Test Lead:
Lead test strategy, planning, governance and execution for the assigned scope, ensuring adequate coverage and objective evidence of solution quality and business readiness.
Manage testers, business participants, vendors, test cases, execution progress and defect governance.
Ensure test documentation accuracy to support release-readiness assessments and deployment sign-offs.
Manual Tester
Design and execute high-quality tests for assigned business processes and system integrations, providing reliable evidence of functional correctness and regression stability.
Engage in defect triage meetings to report testing progress, highlight blockers, and share quality insights.
Manage test data provisioning and execute full-lifecycle testing, including functional, integration, E2E, and regression suites.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
For Test Lead: Min. 9 year of experience with senior test leardership for complex or integrated programmes, preferably from insurance sector
For Tester: Min. 5 year of experience as a tester, preferably from insurance sector, focus on complex software application testing in complex or integration environment.
Hands-on experience in testing POS system
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Self-driven and willing to learn attitude
