Test Lead - Temenos/T24

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for T24 core banking modules to ensure full coverage of complex financial workflows.

- Lead the testing efforts for Trade Finance modules, validating intricate letter of credit and guarantee processes to mitigate operational risks for our banking clients.

- Mentor and guide a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ensuring timely delivery of high quality releases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical defects, ensuring that system performance aligns with business expectations.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent reporting on testing progress, risk assessments, and quality metrics throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in testing Temenos T24 core banking systems, with a deep understanding of banking architecture and data flows.

- Proven ability to navigate complex Trade Finance functional requirements, ensuring that all system configurations meet regulatory and business standards.

- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate technical testing challenges to non-technical stakeholders and influence project outcomes.

- Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot system bottlenecks and optimize testing processes in a high-pressure environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, coordinating effectively with distributed teams across South India to meet aggressive project timelines.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering large-scale banking transformation projects.
