Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Test Maintenance and Engineering Management. Responsible for managing the maintenance area.
- Responsible for the execution of Tester build plan.
- Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area.
- Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area.
- Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
- Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products.
- Succession Planning process is followed to periodically identify and evaluate Succession Plan participants and development requirements.
- Action plans are in place for key positions with specific initiatives identified and supported.
- Develop and report performance KPIs to measure the groups’ productivity and progress.
- Lead the team to deliver cost savings and other critical KPIs as required by the company.
- Establish processes and systems to track progress and report on results.
- Ensure function is aligned and driven to meet engineering goals, production requirements and Meets
- Company set goals (UPH, quality, yield, scrap safety and ESD requirements).
Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalents
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in mass production environment. Preferably in Product/Test Engineering.
Skills
- With good computer literacy and good communication skill.
- Planning, knowledge on tester or others related
Must have a good sense of engineering tradeoffs and an ability to understand the impact of software changes on maintainability.
