Test Manager

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring effective planning, execution tracking, and reporting. This is primarily a test management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Test Concept / Test Strategy.
• Plan, organise and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage test schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Track test execution, coverage, and overall testing progress.
• Prepare test status reports, dashboards, and test progress presentations.
• Coordinate with test engineers and project stakeholders.
• Ensure test cases, results and defects are properly tracked and documented.
• Provide regular updates on testing status, risks, and blockers.

YOUR PROFILE

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead / Test Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of test planning and test management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is essential for managing backlog and test cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good reporting and presentation skills; PowerPoint knowledge is desirable.
• Experience working in Agile/project delivery environments.
