We’re looking for a Test Manager with 12+ years of experience to join our team💼
Key Skills: Experience
Lead and manage testers (IT and business users) to ensure timely delivery of test activities. ISTQB - CTAL-TM Certification is mandatory
Develop and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Approval Reports; review test deliverables from various teams.
Oversee Test Management tasks including status reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and coordination of meetings.
Facilitate defect triage, manage critical issue escalations, and support resolution of environment and testing-related challenges.
Coordinate Functional and Non-Functional testing, test data preparation, and guide teams in using test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, test processes, and provide regular operational updates to project stakeholders.
