About the role
A Test Manager role supporting testing requirements clarity, metrics reporting, and quality assurance across testing phases.
Key responsibilities
Support getting the clarity on testing requirements
Report all applicable metrics and SLAs as per communication plan
Provide support during testing escalations
Develop Test Plan and Test Approval Report
Coordinate test data preparation
Develop daily and weekly test progress reports
Work closely with Project Manager in identifying potential risks and challenges
Review test artifacts
Ensure quality of deliverables by review, test process adherence, and monitoring
Provide operational and day-to-day status reports to ITPM and Business PM
About you
At least 7+ years of working experience in test projects within the Banking domain, with proven working experience as a Test Manager
Must know how to use JIRA for defect and test management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing end-to-end testing, including SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing
Experience managing AI projects or Mortgage-related projects is a MUST
