Test Manager
Salary: AUD 115 - 125 per hour
Job Overview- Lead QA process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand business risks and impacts, and to define clear, measurable acceptance criteria for new or enhanced software features.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture, integrations, constraints, infrastructure, risks and downstream impacts of change.
- Design, maintain and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans and test cases, including regression testing to ensure ongoing system stability and quality.
- Manage defect identification, analysis, logging, prioritisation and verification of fixes through re-testing.
- Ensure full traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and test cases.
- Select, apply and document appropriate test techniques and methodologies to support effective test coverage.
- Produce and maintain high-quality test artefacts, including test plans, reports and metrics.
