Test Manager (Data)

1. Comply with the ITG Quality Framework as established by TCOE

2. Ensure test processes are followed according to the SDLC and TSG Test Process

3. Collaborate with Project Managers and Platform Owners to ensure quality delivery and gather resource demands

4. Ability to engage with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Business SMEs and Product Owners to define test coverage and acceptance criteria

5. Involve in test design preparation and walkthroughs to stakeholders

6. Prepare for testing kick-off meetings

7. Define test scenarios covering different integration points between system components/modules

8. Document the overall project test approach and SIT test plan as defined in the "Project Test Approach and SIT Test Plan" document

9. Prepare User Acceptance Test Plan as outlined in the "User Acceptance Test Plan" document

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL/ELT and Analytics testing projects

2. Experience validating complex source-to-target data transformations, aggregations and business rules

3. Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex validation and reconciliation queries

4. Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud data platforms

5. Experience planning and executing performance, scalability and large-volume data testing

6. Good understanding of SDLC process and Testing Methodologies

7. At least one (1) year of hands-on experience testing on Databricks

8. Should have good experience in providing estimates and status updates on automation scripts
