Overview

FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across financial services, telecommunications, government, and enterprise sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to step in and lead the remaining testing phases of a major program, taking full ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to successful completion.

Key Requirements

• Strong ITSM testing experience, ideally within large and complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience testing ITSM solutions, including end-to-end service management processes (i.e. ServiceNOW).
• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating and driving UAT activities through to successful resolution.
• Strong defect management capability, including triage, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and closure tracking.
• Experience working within Federal Government or Highly regulated environments is advantageous.

Additional Key Criteria

• Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this role, candidates who hold an active NV1 security clearance is required
• Location: Open to candidates across Melbourne / Sydney or Canberra
