Test Manager
• Attend project kick-off meetings and workshops for new projects.
• Prepare and review high-level onboarding strategies for new projects.
• Review Project Test Strategy and Test Plans prior to discussion with the Client TCoE Head.
• Review estimation assumptions, risks, and dependencies before presenting them to the Client TCoE Head.
• Participate in project meetings and key stakeholder discussions.
• Review Daily Status Reports and perform high-level oversight checks.
• Collaborate with the Client TCoE Head to mitigate risks, issues, and challenges reported by Team Leads.
• Review Test Summary Reports before submission to the Client TCoE Head.
• Enable TCoE QA teams to capture, analyze, and report project metrics effectively.
• Conduct final reviews of KPIs before sharing them with the Client TCoE Head.
• Analyze quality trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to QA Leads.
• Conduct and participate in weekly review meetings with TCoE QA Leads and the Client TCoE Head to discuss project updates.
• Work closely with the Client TCoE Head to define, manage, and track the QA maturity roadmap.
• Drive quality transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Identify opportunities for shift-left and shift-right testing approaches to improve early defect detection and maximize reusability.
• Perform due diligence on Development and QA processes, identify gaps, and recommend processimprovements.
• Participate intransformation, process standardization, and governance meetings withDevelopment, Business Analysis, Project Management, and UAT teams.
• Review and prepareTCoE playbooks, guidelines, standards, and templates.
• Drive processstandardization initiatives and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
• Produce TCoEartifacts, reports, and documentation as required.
• Act as the firstlevel of escalation for TCoE-related issues and concerns.
• Discuss and alignwith the Client TCoE Head on core-flex resource planning and related changes.
