Test Manager

• Office locations: Canberra
• Essential: Current NV2 or TSPV security clearance
• Start Date: March 2027

Support quality delivery across a Government ICT program.

We are seeking experienced Test Managers with NV2 and/or TSPV clearance to lead testing across complex ICT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, estimates and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Manage test teams, environments, coverage, defects and delivery risks.
• Report test outcomes and provide release readiness recommendations.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience managing testing across complex ICT projects.
• Experience with test management, defect tracking and reporting tools.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Security clearance: Current NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
