Main Responsibilities: With testing center team : Define project test strategy and collaborating with project managers to plan testing activities. (Deliverables, milestones scope, environments, Testing effort Test plan) Overseeing test design and execution, ensuring the coverage and effectiveness of campaigns Managing defect tracking and resolution throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with key stakeholders Guaranteeing the consistency and quality of test reports, ensuring they comply with standards, templates, and rules. Leading and facilitating GO/NO GO meetings for UAT, non-regression, and production phases. Ensuring documentation and reporting are complete and compliant with audit requirements. Learn and document the testing methodology supported by the bank. Setup of new testing tool Xray test case migration between HP ALM and Xray Support the training of users on the new testing tool (Xray) Building the testing consolidated dashboards on the new testing tool (Xray)
