Test Operator測試技術員

The Test Technician is responsible for supporting basic testing of production boards to ensure product quality and smooth manufacturing operations. This role focuses on following standard procedures, testing production board, debugging, performing routine checks, and assisting engineers or senior technicians.
主要負責支援生產線電路板的基礎測試工作，以確保產品品質及生產運作順暢。此職位的工作重點在於遵守標準作業程序(SOP)、執行生產板測試、進行故障排除(Debugging)、執行例行檢查，並協助工程師或資深技術員。

Responsibilities include:
•Perform basic testing of production boards following work instructions.
•Conduct simple functional checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
•Assist in identifying obvious defects and report issues to engineers or supervisors.
•Operate basic tools and equipment such as Digital Multimeter (DMM) and power supply (training provided).
•Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), safety rules, and quality requirements.
•Assist engineers or senior technicians with assigned tasks.
•Record basic test results and production data as required.
•Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
•執行基礎測試：依照作業指導書(Work Instructions)對生產電路板進行基礎測試
•進行功能檢測：執行簡單的功能檢查，確保產品符合品質標準
•協助異常識別：協助辨識明顯的產品缺陷，並向工程師或主管回報問題
•操作基礎設備：操作數位萬用表(DMM)及電源供應器等基礎工具與設備
(公司將提供培訓)
•遵守作業規範：嚴格遵循標準作業程序(SOP)、安全準則及品質要求
•支援工程團隊：協助工程師或資深技術員完成交辦任務
•詳實記錄數據：按要求記錄基礎測試結果及生產相關數據
•執行主管交辦事項

Requirements:
•Ability to work on a shift rotation basis.
•High school diploma or vocational training in Electronics or a related field.
•Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.
•Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
•Willingness to learn and be trained on basic tools and equipment.
•Basic skills (e.g., handling small components); soldering experience is a plus.
•Physically able to handle materials or PCBAs up to 15kg.
•Basic visual inspection ability, including identifying visual and color differences.
•Basic English communication skills (simple reading and speaking).
•Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.

• 具備基本英語溝通能力(簡單閱讀與口說)
• 願意在生產／製造環境中工作

•Salary: Starting from NT$29,500 (salary is negotiable for candidates with relevant work experience). Certain allowances, bonuses, and overtime pay are provided separately. Overtime pay, bonuses, and night shift allowances are paid in addition to the base salary.
