Test Package Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates test package workflows for oil & gas projects, managing documentation, inspections, and compliance from construction through commissioning.
- End-to-end coordination of test pack workflows, from construction and inspection through release for testing, testing, flushing, and reinstatement.
- Delivered as a dedicated resource to support and enhance project execution.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage test packages Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities, ensuring seamless execution from construction through inspection.
- Review test package documents to ensure completeness before submission.
- Coordinate with construction teams, QA/QC inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Track test package status, including submission, approval, testing, and close-out progress.
- Maintain test records, inspection reports, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, Singapore safety requirements, and client standards.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Liaise with document controllers to maintain proper filing and document control.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide progress updates.
- Assist with project handover documentation and final dossier preparation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5years of experience in test package coordination, QA/QC, commissioning, or document control roles
- Experience working on FPSO, offshore platform, shipyard, or EPC oil &gas projects.
