Test Process Engineer
Summary
Engineer yield, cycle time, and productivity in a semiconductor test facility using data analysis and troubleshooting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Key Responsibilities: -
1. Lead yield improvement, productivity and cycle time improvements.
2. Support of production lot disposition, determine root cause and fixes.
3. New product/process introduction, develop procedures and process controls for high volume manufacturing.
4. Develop jigs and fixtures as needed.
5. Develop production training materials and OCAPs.
- Requirement:
1. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Eletrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or equivalent.
2. 0 - 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Required Skills:-
1. Self-motivated team player with high level of ownership.
2. Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
3. Able to work independently in a fast- paced global team environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiar with semiconductor test process.
7. Familiarity with data analysis tools or basic programming (e.g., Unix/Linux, C++) is advantageous.
8. Proactive learner capable of working in a high-volume manufacturing setting
