End-to-End Quality Assurance & Validation

  • Quality Governance: Formulate, implement, and orchestrate comprehensive test strategies, quality frameworks, and master test plans across individual projects and broader programs.

  • Complex Dependency Management: Oversee and drive testing workflows within intricate ecosystems featuring high levels of business and technical interdependencies.

  • Agile & Regression Testing: Lead day-to-day testing operations within iterative cycles, ensuring robust execution of sprint-level validation and continuous regression testing.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Spearhead end-to-end integration testing to seamlessly validate complete cross-module business processes and data flows.

  • Stability & Performance Tuning: Architect and supervise performance testing initiatives to guarantee system scalability and long-term operational resilience.

  • UAT Leadership: Direct the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by establishing clear sign-off criteria, engaging business stakeholders, managing the defect lifecycle, and driving final deployment readiness decisions.

Deployment, Cutover & Hypercare

  • Release Rehearsals: Design and execute detailed dress rehearsals, mock cutovers, and simulation exercises to de-risk the deployment phase.

  • Operational Preparedness: Certify total organizational and operational alignment for launch, looking past baseline technical functional testing.

  • Business-Critical Verification: Validate "Day 1" operational workflows and core business procedures against realistic production scenarios.

  • Cutover Orchestration: Partner with cross-functional digital and business units to co-develop and execute precise, step-by-step cutover schedules.

  • Post-Launch Hypercare: Manage the post-go-live hypercare window, closely tracking platform stability and preemptively mitigating post-deployment quality concerns.

  • Implementation Support: Provide hands-on assistance and governance throughout the active roll-out phase.

Role Requirements & Competencies

Experience & Education

  • Higher education degree (University level).

  • A minimum of 6–8 years of proven track record in test management roles, specifically within large-scale, multifaceted digital initiatives.

  • Background in steering high-impact business transformation and change programs.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and associated software implementation.

  • Prior exposure to enterprise-grade manufacturing/production software ecosystems (e.g., ERP, Supply Chain Management, advanced planning software).

  • Solid grasp of navigating both Agile and blended/hybrid project frameworks.
