Test Technician (Bedok)

Summary

Performs final testing and troubleshooting of electronic instruments in a manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

  • To carry out all tasks in accordance with the relevant SOP and the section training matrix, the Company's Health & Safety policies, quality manual and security policies
  • Perform instrument final test and follow strictly to the test procedures provided.
  • Require hands on changing and replacing any faulty mechanical assembly during the test.
  • Inspect instruments for physical damage or contamination during the test process, check all items which have been removed for troubleshooting are re-installed correctly before the unit leaves the bay.
  • Strictly follow the assembly sequence according to 42Q route, updating the reprocessing report and NCMR correctly and always retrieve the latest document revision from the Agile system.
  • Update and fill up the Test Data sheet, Reprocessing report and NCMR correctly and always retrieve the latest document revision from the Agile system.
  • Safeguard assigned login credentials and performed accurate 42Q/SFDC scans for each assigned process. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • To ensure that duties are carried out in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Health & Safety, Security, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned such as learning to assemble various types of Subassembly, Top level assembly, Hi-pot testing, accessory catalog packing and instrument packing etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing as an electronic test technician or equivalent in other fields.
  • Able to work permanent morning or night shift.
