Test Technician

Your Mission

As a Test Technician, you’ll help keep aerospace components performing at their peak by running hands-on tests that prove quality and reliability before product ships. You’ll set up and operate test equipment, follow detailed procedures, capture accurate results, and flag anything that looks out of spec so issues get solved fast. You’ll document findings clearly, support troubleshooting with the team, and keep your work area organized and safety-focused.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Comfort working onsite in a production/test environment
- Ability to follow written instructions, specs, and basic schematics
- Strong attention to detail for measurements, records, and repeatable results
- Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with test tools or electronics is a plus

On the Test Floor

You’ll clock in onsite in Kerrville, TX and step into a fast-moving, high-precision space where every result counts. Your shift (Day: M–F, 40 hrs; PM: M–Th, 11:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m.) starts by checking the test queue, confirming you have the right fixtures and paperwork, and getting your station ready. As the day ramps up, you’ll stay focused on clean, consistent output—logging results, communicating quick updates, and keeping momentum when priorities shift. When overtime is available, you can choose to lean in and boost your paycheck. You’ll wrap up by organizing your area and handing off clear status so the next step in the build keeps flying forward.
