As a PCBA Tester, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of high‑end electronic modules, printed circuit boards, and subsystems. You are the final link in the production process and make sure that every product leaving the facility meets the highest technical standards. Through your precise testing, sharp analysis, and problem‑solving skills, you prevent errors, improve processes, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and product innovation.

· The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

This is what you bring to the team

· A completed MBO level 3/4 or HBO education in Electronics.

· Broad technical knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanics.

· Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.

· Accuracy, quality awareness, and a structured way of working.

· Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.

· A drive to collaborate, share knowledge, and support colleagues.

· A proactive attitude and the willingness to continuously learn and develop yourself.

Your daily responsibilities include

Preparation

· Interpreting product documentation, test specifications, and order instructions.

· Setting up and preparing test configurations.

Executing Tests

· Testing products using various test methods (including Connectivity testing, High Voltage, functional tests, RF, Flying Probe, IC tests).

· Programming and operating different test systems.

· Performing basic checks in case of deviations and determining the appropriate corrective action.

· Recording test results and completing reports and quality documentation.

Troubleshooting (primarily Senior)

· Analyzing complex failures using schematics, drawings, and test results.

· Repairing and replacing components in accordance with IPC standards.

· Investigating customer complaints and reporting structural issues.

· Contributing ideas for product and process improvements.

Aftercare

· Inspecting products and correcting any production errors.

· Accurately and completely documenting all performed activities.
