We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester / Troubleshooter Tech to help ensure every RDL product meets our quality and performance standards before it leaves our facility. This role is hands-on and technical, involving product testing, troubleshooting, inspection, documentation, and collaboration with assembly and production teams.

The right person enjoys figuring out how things work, has patience with detailed technical tasks, and takes pride in solving problems accurately rather than quickly guessing.

What You’ll Do

  • Test completed electronic products using established procedures and test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot assemblies, circuits, and finished products to identify issues.
  • Read and follow work instructions, schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
  • Inspect products for workmanship, assembly accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Document test results, defects, repairs, and recurring issues clearly.
  • Work with assemblers and production staff to resolve product or process concerns.
  • Follow safety, ESD, and quality procedures at all times.

This Job Is a Good Fit For Someone Who

Likes solving problems, enjoys hands-on technical work, and cares about getting the details right. You may be the kind of person who has repaired electronics, built projects, worked on audio gear, or taken things apart just to understand how they work.

You will do well here if you are steady, curious, accountable, and willing to learn.
