Testing Analyst
- Proven experience in defining, designing, and executing test scenarios (Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or similar).
- Experience in test planning, test strategy, test estimation and defect management.
- Hands-on experience working with API microservices, services, and middleware modules.
- Experience with test data preparation and maintenance.
- Ability to identify product risks and apply risk-based testing practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated regression test suites.
- Experience preparing test summary reports and quality metrics.
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies for analysis, content generation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5 years + experience in manual and automation testing environments.
- Strong skills in API testing (REST/SOAP), with preference for Postman or Bruno.
- Familiarity with testing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web frontends (Angular).
- Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript for test automation.
- Technical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman, Kibana, and the ELK stack.
- Experience with banking software (administration, processes, products, etc.).
- Good understanding of test levels and testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
- Good command of English.
