Textiles Factory Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for managing all textile manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and safe working conditions. Oversees production planning, staff supervision, machine utilization, and process improvement to meet company targets for quality, cost, and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in textile or fabric production management.
• Strong knowledge of textile processes and machinery.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems and lean manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and quality focus.
