Gateway - Birmingham's first child and family services agency - seeks an energetic and organized customer service-oriented professional to be the Marketing and Recruiting Manager for Gateway's Therapeutic Foster Care Program. This position offers a rare opportunity to make a real difference for children in Therapeutic Foster Care and the foster parents who care for them. This professional leads the recruitment and licensing processes for foster parents, ensuring a truly positive experience for each one. Management responsibilities include leadership and coaching the staff team and foster parents, bringing innovative new ideas for marketing and managing Gateway's social media outreach.
