As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum standards. You will create lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals. Your role will also involve collaborating with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience and participating in school events and activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Teach English language and literature to students in grades 6 to 10. - Assess and evaluate student performance and provide feedback. - Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. - Stay updated with the latest educational technologies and integrate them into the classroom. Required Skills: - Graduation in English and a B.Ed. degree. - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TGT/MYP English teacher in a reputed school. - In-depth knowledge of English subject matter. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to students and parents. - Tech-savvy with the ability to incorporate technology into teaching practices.
