Thailand Market Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and performance marketing, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and customer service teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, LINE,etc.) to promote company products and services
• Manage and grow social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to community interactions
• Coordinate with the design team to produce marketing materials, banners, and promotional assets
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (referral programs, seasonal promotions, loyalty programs) in line with business objectives
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide recommendations for optimization
• Work closely with the Compliance/Legal team to ensure all marketing content adheres to relevant regulations (e.g., financial promotions, data privacy)
• Support the planning and execution of offline events, sponsorships, or community engagement activities as needed
• Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in Thai and English basic Chinese is a plus.
• Service-minded, patient, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally
• Basic computer and graphics design.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics) preferred
