Therapeutic Behavior Aide ($250) Sign-On Bonus)

At Linwood Center, we’re looking for Therapeutic Behavior Aides who are patient, motivated, and ready to support students throughout their day. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, be part of a supportive team, and make a real difference in students’ lives.
What You’ll Do
- Support students in the classroom and during daily activities
- Help implement IEPs and behavior plans
- Assist with academic tasks and engagement
- Support students during transitions throughout the day
- Collect basic academic and behavior data
- Help students build daily living and social skills
- Support vocational and community-based learning activities
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the classroom team
Training & Support
- We provide CPR certification
- We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training
- Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and teachers
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Experience working with individuals with autism preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
