Make a Difference Where It Matters Most

Licensed Mental Health Clinician | Family & Community Services

Help families build stronger connections, overcome challenges, and create brighter futures.

At Lighthouse we believe every family deserves the opportunity to thrive. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated mental health professional who is passionate about helping children and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and build the skills needed for long-term success.

In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise, knowledge of human behavior, and understanding of family systems to provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, care coordination, and advocacy. You’ll work alongside children, families, and community partners to develop meaningful treatment goals and create positive, lasting change.

If you’re ready to bring your clinical skills into the community and make a difference beyond the therapy room, we invite you to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Provide Meaningful Clinical Support

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify clinical needs, monitor progress, and determine appropriate levels of care.
  • Deliver therapeutic services to children and families experiencing mental health challenges, helping stabilize symptoms and improve overall well-being.
  • Develop collaborative treatment plans with clients, families, and natural supports, reviewing progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and responsive support to help clients navigate challenging situations safely and effectively.

Empower Families and Strengthen Communities

  • Provide Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services, including advocacy, resource linkage, service coordination, emergency assistance, and support with daily living skills.
  • Connect families with community resources and partner agencies to help address barriers and support stability.
  • Build strong working relationships with referral sources, external partners, and internal Lighthouse programs to promote coordinated, effective care.
  • Engage clients and families in the treatment process, empowering them to participate actively in their own progress.

Maintain Quality, Accountability, and Professional Growth

  • Initiate services within established agency timeframes.
  • Complete progress notes, service documentation, and client records in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client files.
  • Provide backup support and coverage to colleagues and programs as needed.
  • Participate in required training, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities.
