Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
