Starting Salary: $58,000+
Hiring Bonus: $3,000

Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who is empathetic, passionate, and has a heart-filled desire to work closely with families!

As a Therapist I, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include providing individual, family, and group therapy services. In short, our Therapist I will empower children and families by promoting optimal mental and emotional health through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications and Competencies

Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? You are:

• Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (or waiting on application approval)
• Master's Degree or Higher (Required)
• Collaborative and eager to create therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing.
• Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times.
• Experienced in providing therapy to children and families (1 year minimum, including internships).
• Eligible to participate in Medicaid and private insurance provider panels.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Circle of Security.
• Experience with the child welfare system.
