We are seeling a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team!

Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to some of the areas most vulnerable populations in the Clark and Madison County areas.

The organization is looking to add an additional Therapist for our Springfield OH location to see adults and children to our established team of other Therapists and Behavioral Health Specialists. Primary duties would include – develop, implement, and administer treatment plans, perform diagnostic assessments, consult with the primary care team or treating Psychiatrist, conduct family counseling and education, and participate in formal and informal clinical supervision sessions.

FLSA Status: Salaried – Exempt position

Work Hours: Full-time position

Education Requirements:

Master’s Degree (MSW/MS) with a minimum of LSW/LPC with Two (2) years related experience working with families and children. LISW/LPCC is preferred.
