Designation : Therapist
Experience : 3 years Minimum
Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Locations : Ang Mo Kio/ Tanjong Katong /Hougang
Candidates should be willing to travel and be deployed across the above locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for assigned patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Deliver direct patient care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitor patient progress through periodic reassessments and treatment reviews.
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care and family conferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Remain contactable via mobile phone during service hours.
- Support service delivery across multiple locations based on operational requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a Singapore restructured hospital or community hospital.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Flexible to work across different locations based on operational needs.
