THERAPIST

• Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommendappropriate products & services
• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
• Work closely with consultant on customer's treatmentprogression & building good customer relationships
• Maintain high customer service standards & professionaletiquette at all times with customers and also team members
• Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of workwhen required

REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience welcome, Full training provided
• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environmenthighly advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
