Summary
Provide hair and scalp treatments, recommend products, and maintain customer relationships in a salon setting with full training provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services
- Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
- Work closely with consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
- Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
- Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- No experience welcome, Full training provided
- Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Convenient working locations in shopping malls
