As a Locum Therapy Assistant (Physiotherapy), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist physiotherapists in conducting rehabilitation sessions and supervising patients through prescribed exercise programmes.
• Guide patients, in performing therapeutic exercises and movement activities safely and correctly.
• Support the implementation of individualised therapy programmes to improve patients' mobility, motor skills, coordination and physical development.
• Prepare treatment areas, therapy equipment and materials before each session.
• Monitor patients' participation and progress during therapy sessions, and provide relevant feedback to physiotherapists.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and organised therapy environment.
• Support general clinic operations and ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Possess WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), Nitec, Diploma in Sports Science, Physiotherapy or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation or therapy assistance.
• Experience with infants, children, or young adults is highly valued
